You're on the range with Johnny Golfer and you realize that teaching around physical limitations just isn't working anymore. His lower body just doesn't seem to want to remain stable in the backswing and he is all arms on the way down because he has no pelvic rotation. None of the drills seem to work. It's time to send him to Five Iron Fitness to start working on some of the physical limitations, imbalances and asymmetries that are causing swing faults and lead to pain. | You are "driving the bus" here. You tell us what is going on in their swing and what you would like us to focus on. We give the student our thorough golf fitness assessment and get back to you about developing a game plan. We work as a team to come up with the priorities in his program and keep the lines of communication open as the student progresses so we can tweak the program.

We offer different packages, from a 3 pack for more experienced students who are familiar with the gym and just want a golf-specific program, to a 6-pack that anyone can benefit from, to semi-private training where they can work together with their threesomes or foursomes. Either way, everyone gets their own personal web page with videos (see sample page) of all the exercises we go over and a downloadable worksheet (see sample worksheet) to track their 6 week program. Our goal is to make the golfer a better mover, more athletic and to help them develop a better awareness in their body, no matter what age they are. This will help them get into the positions you are trying to get them in and accelerate their progress on the golf course.
